Overview
Tak originally studied medicine and worked as a junior doctor before qualifying as a solicitor in 1996. He has worked as a commercial lawyer in Slaughter and May, Allen & Overy LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright LLP. He is currently the director of Crest Legal, a boutique corporate law firm which advises privately held business.
He has a wide experience in banking and finance law, including bonds, regulatory capital, Islamic Finance, securitisations and derivatives.
