Starters:
- Coconut and parsnip soup, crispy sage, herb oil with a crusty bread roll and Welsh butter (ve*)
- Chicken liver and brandy pâté with red onion chutney, crispy ciabatta croute and side salad (ve*)
- Prosciutto and maple syrup roasted chestnut salad with a mulled balsamic dressing
Main Courses:
- Roast breast of turkey served with sage and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets and a rich onion gravy
- Chestnut and cranberry strudel, served with a rich redcurrant jus (ve)
Grilled seabream with crushed garlic and sage new potatoes, mixed kale and roasted vegetables served with prosecco and dill sauce
All main courses are served with sprouts, carrots, and honey roasted parsnips.
Desserts:
- Sticky Toffee Pudding with toffee sauce and crème anglaise
- Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
- Lemon posset with blueberry compote and meringue
