Nafees Din

Research Associate

Research Overview

After my graduation in dentistry in 1996, I practiced general dentistry for about 10 years including three years specialist training in Orthodontics. In 2006, I developed interest in public health research and started my first job as a research assistant in public health in this department in 2008 after my master in dental public health. Since then, I have gained knowledge of and experience in systematic reviews, mixed treatment comparisons, randomised controlled trials of complex social interventions, mixed method process evaluation, large routinely collected database analyses and realist review methods.

Educational Background:

2006-2007-MSc: Dental Public Health, Queen Mary University of London

2005-2007-MFDS RCS: Royal College of Surgeons, England

1992-1996-B.D.S. (Dentistry): Nishtre Medical College/Baha Uddin Zakariya University, Multan Pakistan

Research grants:
