I am a senior lecturer in performance psychology and I am currently the director for teaching and learning. My research interests include Mental Toughness, Resilience, and Performance Psychology in General. Presently, I am involved with resilience projects with Outlook Expeditions, the Youth Justice Service, Resilience Projects in the Communtiy with Man City, Mental Toughness projects with the England and Wales Cricket Board, and various lab based studies.
