BSc Business Management with Placement Year

Year 1 Modules

Compulsory Option The student must take 20 credits from the modules in Compulsory Option.
ASB-1121 Principles of Management Accou (20) (Semester 2)
The student must take 120 credits from the modules in Year 1.
ASB-1005 Princ of Mgmnt & Organisation (20) (Semester 1)
ASB-1006 Management and enterprise (20) (Semester 1)
ASB-1007 CMI in Ethics, Sust, HRM, Tour (20) (Semester 2)
Optional 40 credits of Options. Students may choose from those suggested here or any other module from elsewhere in the University subject to the approval of the home school and to timetabling constraints. ASB-1605 & ASB-1009 are ADVISED OPTIONS. ASB-1605 is a pre-requisite for year 2 and year 3 marketing modules so it should be taken by anyone intending on choosing marketing options in years 2 and 3. ADB-1114 is the Welsh equivalent of ASB-1114. Therefore students cannot register for both modules.
