Lleoliad Ymarfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol 2

Overall aims and purpose

Disgwylir i bob myfyriwr sy’n dilyn rhaglen gwaith cymdeithasol ar lefel cymhwyso yng Nghymru gwblhau cyfanswm o 200 o ddiwrnodau dysgu ymarfer, sy'n cynnwys amser astudio annibynnol wedi’i gymeradwyo.

Mae cyfleoedd dysgu ymarfer yn darparu cyfleoedd i fyfyrwyr i weithio'n uniongyrchol gydag unigolion sydd ag amrywiol anghenion, a chymhwyso sgiliau a gwybodaeth ddysgwyd yn y gwahanol fodiwlau astudir yn ystod y rhaglen – damcaniaethau a dulliau gwaith cymdeithasol, datblygiadau cwrs bywyd, gwerthoedd a moeseg, deddfwriaeth, polisi ac ymchwil. Mae hefyd yn cynnig cyfleoedd i ddatblygu'r sgiliau o weithio mewn sefydliadau ac yn aml-ddisgyblaethol.

Mae'r mathau o leoliadau dysgu ymarfer gwaith cymdeithasol sydd ar gael yn adlewyrchu rôl a swyddogaeth ymarfer gwaith cymdeithasol proffesiynol.

Gallant gynnwys timau statudol gwaith cymdeithasol ynghŷd ag asiantaethau gwirfoddol / elusennol, annibynnol a phreifat. Byddant yn ymwneud a darparu gwasanaethau, cymorth a chefnogaeth i blant a theuluoedd, pobl ifanc, oedolion a phobl hŷn sydd ag ystod o wahanol anghenion gofal a chymorth, megis anableddau corfforol a / neu ddysgu, problemau iechyd meddwl, problemau alcohol a chyffuriau, materion cam-drin, esgeulustod a diogelu, digartrefedd, ymddygiad troseddol, anghenion maethu a mabwysiadu.

Mae’n rhaid i Leoliadau Ymarfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol 1 a 2 gynnwys gwaith cymdeithasol gyda grwpiau defnyddwyr gwasanaeth sy'n dra gwahanol i'w gilydd. Mae ofynnol i o leiaf un o'r lleoliadau fod mewn tîm gwaith cymdeithasol o fewn Awdurdod Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol Lleol ac yn cynnwys profiad o swyddogaethau statudol, gan gynnwys diogelu a phrofiad o weithio gyda phroffesiynau eraill.

Rhaid i'r asesiad o ymarfer myfyrwyr ymhob cyfnod o ddysgu ymarfer gael ei ddarparu gan weithiwr cymdeithasol cofrestredig a phrofiadol (addysgwr Ymarfer) sydd yn, neu’n hyfforddi i fod yn asesydd cymwysedig.

Bydd y sesiynau goruchwyliaeth proffesiynol rheolaidd yn galluogi myfyrwyr i wneud y mwyaf o ddysgu ymarfer, gan ategu'r dysgu gyda llenyddiaeth academaidd ac ymchwil yn ogystal â deddfwriaeth, polisïau a gweithdrefnau sy'n berthnasol i'r lleoliad ymarfer. Maes o law, bydd hyn yn galluogi myfyrwyr i ddatblygu cymhwysedd ymarfer i'w galluogi i gofrestru fel ymarferydd gwaith cymdeithasol cymwysiedig gyda Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru.

Bydd asesiad parhaus o addasrwydd myfyrwyr i ymarfer drwy arsylwi eu hymarfer a phob gwaith arall a asesir. Bydd raid i fyfyrwyr ddangos tystiolaeth o integreiddio sgiliau a gwybodaeth gyda dealltwriaeth gysyniadol berthnasol, gan gynnwys tystiolaeth o gymhwyso dealltwriaeth o ddeddfwriaeth, diwylliannau, ieithoedd, daearyddiaeth a sefydliadau Cymru yn eu hymarfer, yn ogystal a sefyllfa nodedig yr iaith Gymraeg.

Course content

Mae Lleoliad Ymarfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol 2 yn 100 diwrnod, ac yn darparu cyfleoedd i gynyddu gwybodaeth am y ddeddfwriaeth, polisi a gweithdrefnau sy’n hysbysu ymarfer a chael profiad ychwanegol o ymarfer uniongyrchol mewn lleoliad ymarfer gwaith cymdeithasol sy'n dra gwahanol i Leoliad Ymarfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol 1, gan ddadansoddi'n feirniadol a myfyrio ar y profiad hwn.

Gan adeiladu ar y wybodaeth, sgiliau a'r gwerthoedd a gafwyd yn ystod Lleoliad Ymarfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol 1, mae Lleoliad Ymarfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol 2 yn canolbwyntio ar gyfnerthu ac ymestyn ymhellach yr wybodaeth a'r ddealltwriaeth o rolau a thasgau gwaith cymdeithasol a datblygu sgiliau a chymhwysedd mewn ymarfer gwaith cymdeithasol proffesiynol.

Mae'r lleoliad yn cynnwys: - Sesiynau goruchwylio cyson i gefnogi a datblygu dysgu'r myfyriwr. - Cyfleoedd dysgu i ddatblygu sgiliau ymarfer gwaith cymdeithasol trwy weithio / cydweithio sy'n briodol i lefel datblygiad y myfyriwr. - Cyfle i gymryd rhan mewn gwaith uniongyrchol a fydd yn galluogi'r myfyriwr i ddangos tystiolaeth o’r Safonau Galwedigaethol Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol (SW) a’r Cód Ymarfer Proffesiynol (CoPP) - Cyfleoedd ar gyfer gwaith rhyng-broffesiynol. - Integreiddio dulliau gwaith cymdeithasol, modelau a damcaniaethau i ymarfer a ddefnyddir yn ystod y lleoliad. - Cyfleoedd i fyfyrio a dadansoddi’n feirniadol yn llafar ac yn ysgrifenedig mewn ymarfer.

Bydd o leiaf bump arsylwad uniongyrchol o ymarfer myfyriwr gydag unigolion yn ystod y lleoliad hwn. Mae’n rhaid i o leiaf bedwar o'r arsylwadau gael eu cwblhau gan yr addysgwr ymarfer enwebedig, tra gall y llall gael ei wneud gan weithiwr cymdeithasol arall sydd yn gofrestredig ers o leiaf 3 blynedd. Gofynnir am adborth mewn perthynas ag ymarfer y myfyriwr gan yr unigolion y mae'r myfyriwr wedi bod yn gweithio gyda hwy.

Ystyrir fod gan fyfyrwyr hawl i oruchwyliaeth ffurfiol, rheolaidd a hyrwyddol i bwrpas myfyrio a datblygu drwy gydol y lleoliad. Bydd materion neu bryderon yn cael eu trafod mewn modd agored, a'u rheoli a'u datrys gyda chynlluniau cefnogi cytunedig os oes angen.

Bydd cynnwys y portffolio terfynol Lleoliad Ymarfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol 2 yn cynnwys y canlynol: • Cytundeb Dysgu Ymarfer yn cynnwys manylion yr holl bartïon sy'n ymwneud a'r lleoliad, oriau’r asiantaeth, gwahanol agweddau ar y trefniadau mewn perthynas â rheoli’r lleoliad deilliannau dysgu'r myfyriwr a'r disgwyliadau ohono/i, y cyfleodd dysgu sydd ar gael, ac ati • Dogfennau dadansoddi ac adlewyrchu ar ymarfer, gan gynnwys paratoadau, adlewyrchiadau’r myfyrwyr, asesydd ymarfer ac adborth unigolion a gofalwyr • Adroddiad o gynnydd mewn perthynas a gwahanol sgiliau proffesiynol • Adroddiad Canol Ffordd ar gynnydd myfyrwyr yn hanner cyntaf y lleoliad, a chynllun ar gyfer yr ail hanner • Adroddiad terfynol Addysgwr Ymarfer gydag argymhelliad pasio / methu • Grid mapio tystiolaeth SGC a’r Cód Ymarfer Proffesiynol o fewn y portffolio • Cofnodion o unrhyw gyfarfodydd ychwanegol gynhaliwyd yn ystod y lleoliad • Tystiolaeth ddogfennol arall fel y bo'n briodol.

Assessment Criteria

Bydd y lleoliad yn cael ei ddyfarnu gan benderfyniad o basio neu fethu. Ni fydd marc canran yn cael ei roi ar gyfer y portffolio lleoliad. I lwyddo rhaid i fyfyrwyr ddarparu tystiolaeth yn erbyn y Safonau Galwedigaethol Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol a'r Côd Ymarfer Proffesiynol ar gyfer Gofal Cymdeithasol. Mae'r gofynion hyn wedi'u nodi yn y Fframwaith ar gyfer y Radd mewn Gwaith Cymdeithasol yng Nghymru (2018), gan Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru.

Learning outcomes

  1. Dangos eu bod yn gallu defnyddio dulliau technoleg gwybodaeth a chyfathrebu (TGCh) a thechnegau i gefnogi eu dysgu ac ymarfer.

  2. Dangos y gallant werthuso a dysgu o'u ymarfer gwaith cymdeithasol eu hunain a gwaith eraill;

  3. Dangos eu bod yn meddu ar y sgiliau rhyngbersonol a'r gwerthoedd gofynnol er mwyn iddo ef neu hi fod yn addas ac yn ddiogel i weithio gydag unigolion sy'n defnyddio gwasanaethau a'r rhai sy'n gofalu amdanynt.

  4. Dangos eu bod wedi caffael dealltwriaeth, yn uniongyrchol gan ddefnyddwyr gwasanaeth a gofalwyr, o effaith ymarfer gwaith cymdeithasol arnynt;

  5. Dangos gallu i adnabod, deall ac ymateb i faterion sy'n ymwneud â swyddogaethau statudol o ddiogelu ac amddiffyn plant ac oedolion mewn perygl.

  6. Dangos eu gallu i integreiddio eu hymarfer, theori gwaith cymdeithasol perthnasol, deddfwriaeth ac ymchwil yn effeithiol;

  7. Dangos tystiolaeth o gymhwysedd yn y 6 rôl allweddol gweithiwr cymdeithasol fel y diffinnir gan yr 20 o Safonau Galwedigaethol Cenedlaethol ar gyfer Gwaith Cymdeithasol (2012). (Bydd asesiadau yn cael eu hysbysu gan Ddangosyddion Perfformiad briodolir ar gyfer y lefel hon);

  8. Dangos gallu i ddisgrifio, egluro a chymhwyso'r Côd Ymarfer Proffesiynol ar gyfer Gweithwyr Gofal Cymdeithasol drwy eu hymarfer, ymddygiad a gwaith academaidd;

  9. Dangos fod gennynt yr wybodaeth ddamcaniaethol a'r profiad ymarferol angenrheidiol i ddatblygu ymarfer gwaith cymdeithasol rhyngbroffesiynol a rhyngasiantaethol effeithiol;

  10. Dangos eu bod wedi gallu datblygu hunaniaeth broffesiynol fel gweithiwr cymdeithasol drwy brofiad dysgu cydlynol ac integredig;

  11. Dangos gallu i adnabod, deall ac ymateb i faterion sy'n benodol i neu sy'n nodweddiadol o anghenion Cymru, ei hieithoedd, deddfwriaeth, diwylliant, daearyddiaeth a sefydliadau a sefyllfa nodedig yr Iaith Gymraeg;

Subject specific skills

  • Demonstrate critical appreciation of the competing views on the nature of social work and its place and purpose in society, and the complex relationship between social justice, social care and social order/control and their practical and ethical implications.
  • Develop critical understanding of the relationship between society, state and social work and its centrality to assessing the wellbeing, care and support needs of individuals as well as safeguarding requirements in relation to individuals, families and communities at risk.
  • Demonstrate in-depth understanding and reflection of how social work, both as an occupational practice and as an academic subject, evolves, adapts and changes in response to the social, political and economic challenges and demands of contemporary social welfare policy, practice and legislation.
  • Critically understand and examine the root causes of discrimination, oppression, prejudice and inequality and how legislation and policy can be applied to challenge them, as well as the ethical concepts of rights, responsibility, freedom, authority and power inherent in the practice of social workers as agents with statutory powers in different situations
