Student support recognised for third consecutive year

Congratulations to School Administrator Mrs Sioned Davies on receiving her third consecutive nomination for student support in the university’s annual Student Led Teaching Awards.

Sioned is nominated in the Support Staff Member / Team of the Year category. It is the fourth time overall she has been nominated, and last year she was victorious.

Professor Martina Feilzer, Head of School, commented: “Student support is key to life at the School and we are very proud of numerous nominations in the Student Led Teaching Awards over the years.

“We are grateful to our students for that recognition and feel immense satisfaction that Sioned has been recognised for her unwavering support for our students”.

Congratulations also to Teresa Crew, Lecturer in Social Policy, who is up for the Unsung Hero Award.

The ceremony will be held on Friday, 28^th April.
