All our staff are fully trained and will be on-hand to help support you and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Accessing our sports facilities
Please continue to enter/exit our sports facilities via the main entrances of each sports centre and follow all customer signage in place to help you navigate to and from your activities. In some cases, we will ask larger group bookings to use an alternative entrance and exit to avoid crowing in common areas. We ask that parents or those picking up/dropping off children for activities do not congregate in corridors.
Social distancing and face coverings
Whilst social distancing is no longer a legal requirement, we request all customers maintain a reasonable distance from others where possible. Face coverings should continue to be worn in all public areas of the building but may be removed while exercising.
Our team will closely monitor facility attendances to ensure that we continue to operate with compliance to continue offering a safe environment for our customers. We have introduced some temporary capacity reductions, and we recommend pre-booking for all classes and activities.
Pre-booking all activities
Pre-booking is advised for all exercise classes, sports activity bookings. You are no longer required to book gym slots. Capacities will be monitored, so please avoid congregating in general areas to help us avoid overcrowding spaces at peak times.
We'll continue to clean our facilities to the highest standards throughout the day. We use high-grade anti-viral disinfectant, and our team will regularly wipe down all equipment and high touch point areas and surfaces throughout the building. Customers are encouraged to use the cleaning supplies provided in gym areas to clean machines before and after use.
Hand sanitising and cleaning stations
Hand sanitiser stations will remain available for all customers to use when arriving at our facilities and fitness suites to ensure you can easily clean your hands regularly. Equipment cleaning stations will also continue to be in place, and we ask all customers to clean equipment before and after use.
All of our access-controlled turnstiles allow for contactless entry. Hold your membership card as usual over the turnstile reader or report to reception.
Contactless and cashless payments
If you need to make a purchase at our reception desk, we offer contactless payment options. We have moved to a cashless service.
A new online induction will be offered for all customers. Please visit our Inductions page for further details. All customers must do a gym induction and medical questionnaire before using the gym.
