The lower floor gym is dominated by Hammer Strength plate loaded machines and Life Fitness signature resistance machines.
Adding to this, the area has additional equipment which includes a Smith Machine, dual- adjustable cable machines, squat racks, and incline, decline and flat Olympic benches.
The room also has a free weight training area consisting of barbells and a wide range of Hammer Strength dumbells.
