Take a relaxing break at lunchtime and enjoy a series of creative workshops celebrating the beauty of Chinese arts and crafts. Each week, you will explore a different traditional skill, guided by tutors from the Bangor University Confucius Institute.

In this workshop, you will:
Learn basic Tai Chi breathing and movement techniques for relaxation and inner focus.
Explore how traditional Tai Chi principles promote physical harmony and mental clarity.
Practise a short Tai Chi sequence you can continue at home.
This session offers a peaceful space to recharge and experience the meditative flow of this timeless Chinese art. Comfortable clothing is recommended. No previous experience is required—just come with an open mind and a willingness to move with ease and grace.
