Overview

Bydd y modwl hwn yn cyflwyno cysyniad ddatblygiad cynaladwy o’r bydol I'r lleol gan ddefnyddio gweithdai thematig ac ymchwiliad o sut gellir diogelu’r amgylchedd yn effeithlon a hybu cymunedau sy'n seiliedig ar ffyrdd effeithiol o ddiogelu’r amgylchedd, defnyddio adnoddau naturiol yn ddoeth, cynnal cymunedau sefydlog a ffyniannus ac meithrin datblygiad economaidd cyfrifol a chyfiawn. Caiff myfyrwyr gyfle I astudio ystod eang o astudiaethau achos o gynadalwyedd ynghyd a chyfle I ymdopi gyda’r materion heriol sydd yn ynwneud a chynalawyedd. Bydd archwiiad o wahanolrwydd a lle ddibyniaeth cymunedau sydd wedi ei seilio ar syniadau cyfiawmder cymdeithasol ac amgylcheddol a thyfiant cyfrifol.

Ystyrir datblygiad y cysyniad o gynaladwyedd mewn cyflwyniad cyffredinol i boblogaeth sy’n newid a’r ddadl ynglŷn â datblygu adnoddau technolegol. Bydd y modwl hwn yn edrych ar ddatblygiad cynaladwy sy'n seiliedig ar ffyrdd effeithiol o ddiogelu’r amgylchedd, defnyddio adnoddau naturiol yn gall, cynnal cymunedau sefydlog a ffyniannus lle bodlonir anghenion pawb. Gwneir hyn trwy edrych ar y perthynas rhwng grwpiau ymgyrchu a chorfforaethau Traws genedlaethol.

Er mwyn ystyried gweithgarwch economaidd strategol yng nghwmpas cynaladwyedd, edrychir yn fanwl ar y drafodaeth ddamcaniaethol mewn sawl cyd-destun, e.e. trafnidiaeth gynaliadwy, twristiaeth gynaliadwy, amaethyddiaeth gynaliadwy.

Learning Outcomes

  • Deall a phriodoli technegau ymchwil gwaith maes i wahanol sefyllfaoedd er enghraifft cynnal awdit adnoddau, ymghori prif rhanddeiliaid, deall ardrawiad dynol a data gweithredoedd eraill ynghyd a dadansoddiad tueddiadau er mwyn datblygu cynlluniau gweithredol strategol a chynaliadwy mewn ardal neu ranbarth.

  • Esbonio gwreiddiau theori datblygiad cynaladwy a gwerthfawrogi’r cyd-destunau daearyddol gwahanol ble gellir defnyddio’r syniad o ddatblygiad cynaladwy.

  • Priodoli defnyddio gwybodaeth wyddonol a dealltwriaeth sosio-economaidd i reoli gwahanol fathau o adnoddau ar lefel cymunedol neu / ac byd-eang a lleol mewn dull doeth. ddulliau ac arfau a ddefnyddir i reoli a monitro cynaladwyedd e.e dwr.

  • Syntheseisio chofio tystiolaeth cyflwynwyd yn y dosbarth neu ar waith maes mewn cyd-destun rheoli adnoddau yn gynaliadwy , e.e. ynni, twristiaeth, gwasanaethau eco systemau.
