F (0-29%) Gwael iawn/methu – Methu â dangos dealltwriaeth o'r asesiadau ffisiolegol, gydag ymatebion amherthnasol neu anghywir ar y cyfan. Methiant i ddeall y pryderon diogelwch sy'n gysylltiedig â phrofi, a lefel y cyfathrebu sydd ei angen. Methiant i roi adborth digonol yn seiliedig ar y set ddata a ddarparwyd gyda dehongliadau amherthnasol neu anghywir o'r data. E (30-39%) Gwael – Dim digon o ddealltwriaeth o'r asesiadau ffisiolegol, ystyriaethau diogelwch a lefel y cyfathrebu sydd ei angen. Dealltwriaeth annigonol o'r cysyniadau ffisiolegol a sut mae data'n cael ei ddehongli yn yr adborth i'r cleient.

TROTHWY D (40-49%) Llwyddo - Dealltwriaeth sylfaenol o'r asesiadau ffisiolegol, ystyriaethau diogelwch a lefel y cyfathrebu sydd ei angen. Lefel sylfaenol o ddehongli data a dealltwriaeth sylfaenol o gysyniadau damcaniaethol. Gall dealltwriaeth fod yn rhannol neu gall cywirdeb fod yn amheus. Mae anghywirdebau a chamsyniadau yn amlwg.

DA C (50-59%) Da – Dealltwriaeth gliriach o ofynion aseiniad. Wedi dangos dealltwriaeth o'r asesiadau ffisiolegol yn ogystal ag unrhyw ystyriaethau diogelwch perthnasol. Mae cyfathrebu yn y Viva yn broffesiynol, yn llawn gwybodaeth ac yn gryno. Mae adborth y cleient yn addas at y diben ac yn addas i'r derbynnydd.

RHAGOROL A (70-100%) Ardderchog - Dealltwriaeth ragorol o ofynion asesu heb unrhyw gamgymeriadau na chamsyniadau. Dealltwriaeth ragorol o'r asesiad ffisiolegol, ystyriaethau diogelwch a'r holl wybodaeth berthnasol sydd ei hangen ar y cyfranogwr. Mae adborth y cleient o safon y gellid trosglwyddo'r adroddiad i gleient go iawn heb fod angen ei olygu.
