Overall aims and purpose
Mae'r modiwl yma'n ddwyieithog. Mi fydd y darlithoedd yn Saesneg, a'r seminarau yn Gymraeg.
Mi fydd y modiwl yn rhoi trosolwg o theorïau ac ymchwil seicolegol o fewn y maes o Seicoleg Gymdeithasol. Caiff myfyrwyr eu cyflwyno i bynciau fel canfyddiad cymdeithasol, perthnasau rhyngbersonol, ymddygiad cymdeithasol, dylanwad cymdeithasol, a phrosesau grŵp. Pwrpas y cwrs yw dysgu myfyrwyr am ymddygiad dynol o fewn sefyllfaoedd cymdeithasol a diwylliannol gwahanol.
Mae cwblhau'r modiwl yn ofynnol yn ôl meini prawf y BPS.

- Canfyddiad Cymdeithasol (Gwybyddiaeth, Priodoliad, Agweddau, Ffurfio Argraff);

- Dylanwad Cymdeithasol (Mathau o ddylanwad, Cydymffurfiad, Ufudd-dod)

Subject specific skills
- Understand the scientific underpinnings of psychology as a discipline.
- Apply multiple perspectives to psychological issues and integrate ideas and findings across the multiple perspectives in psychology.

- Be computer literate for the purpose of processing and disseminating psychological data and information.
