Mae nodau'r modiwl fel a ganlyn: 1. Galluogi'r rhai sy'n dilyn y modiwl i ddatblygu eu sgiliau, eu gwybodaeth a'u dealltwriaeth o dechnegau rheoli ymddygiad a deallusrwydd emosiynol. 2. Adeiladu ar sgiliau a medrau ymarferol a'u cysylltu â'r wybodaeth a'r theori sy'n sail i hynny.
