Students wishing to report damage or request repairs to halls accommodation: Please report all maintenance issues using the My Room online system.
For all other university buildings:
- For non-urgent assistance (e.g. a broken light, a dripping tap, furniture moves): campusservices@bangor.ac.uk.
- For urgent assistance (e.g. a power outage, a leak): Please call 2783 (internal) or 01248 382783 (external)
Estates and Campus Services Helpdesk Opening Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:45 - 17:00
Outside these hours and during holidays: All non-halls related requests need to be reported by telephone. Your call will be automatically redirected to Security who will assist you.
