The Albert Gubay Business School celebrates graduate success at Bangor University
The Albert Gubay Business School at Bangor University marked a proud day of achievement as undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students graduated in a celebratory ceremony on campus.
The event brought together students, staff and supporters to recognise success across all levels of study, while also highlighting exceptional performances throughout the academic year.
As part of the celebrations, the School hosted its undergraduate prize-giving ceremony, recognising outstanding individual achievement. The ceremony was supported by representatives from leading professional bodies, who joined to present awards to students. These included Lisa Madariaga from the Liverpool Society of Chartered Accountants (LSCA), Amy Lord from the South Wales Society of Chartered Accountants (SWSCA), and Sophie Bennett from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
This year also marked a significant milestone for the School, with its first cohort of CMI dual award graduates. Students achieved dual accreditation alongside their degree through the Level 5 and Level 7 programmes, gaining an additional professional qualification that enhances their employability and leadership credentials.
The day reflected the dedication, ambition and resilience shown by students throughout their studies, alongside the strong sense of community that defines the Albert Gubay Business School.
Bangor University congratulates all graduates on their achievements and wishes them every success as they take the next step in their careers.
