Andrea Jones, Senior Business Intelligence Officer

Andrea is responsible for the Business Intelligence team and plays a lead role in developing integrated business intelligence solutions, overseeing the development and deployment of the University’s PowerBI Business Intelligence system, as well as external data products such as HEIDI Plus.  Andrea works closely with key staff to ensure an integrated approach to the provision of business intelligence, providing expertise in the effective interpretation, analysis and visualisation of data to inform decision-making across a broad range of topics.  Andrea also contributes to the work of the University’s strategy and business planning team to develop the University’s modelling and forecasting capabilities, monitoring the University’s key performance indicators, and supporting external analysis of developments in HE and external agencies. Andrea is the Planning representative on the Equality & Diversity Strategy Group.
