Course Lead Dr Rosemary Smith
Dr Rosemary Smith has a background in education, coaching and mentoring, and Rosemary has a background in education, coaching and mentoring, and leadership, at first within the Outdoors as a coach and coach educator, and for the past 10 years, teaching on Higher Education postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. Rosemary has an MEd in Professional Practice in Higher Education, and an EdD (Doctor of Education), and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Rosemary's research interests are in critical thinking development, learning, and coaching, as well as previous research into women's experiences in the outdoors.
