The Executive Board Office supports the Executive Board in all aspects of their role. The Office is overseen by the University Secretary and is supported by a team of Executive and Senior Executive Assistants.

Kelly supports the Vice-Chancellor in all aspects of his role. Kelly acts as a first point of contact for all enquiries relating to the Vice-Chancellor by telephone and by written/e-mail correspondence. Kelly brings a wealth of experience to the Executive Board Office having worked at several Schools across the University, including Bangor Business School and the Digital Signal Processing Centre. Prior to this, Kelly worked as the Principal’s PA at Coleg Llandrillo, within the Board Secretariat at Natural Resources Wales and in Professional Services for the Fire Service.

Bethan supports the Chief Financial Officer, Mr Martyn Riddleston, and the Chief Transformation Officer, Mr Michael Flanagan. Bethan has worked for Bangor University since 2005, firstly working in Estates and Campus Services and then as a Personal Assistant to previous Vice -Chancellors.

Jaci supports the Chief Operational Officer & Registrar, Dr Kevin Mundy, and the Chief Strategy & Planning Officer, Mr Mike Wilson. Jaci is one of the longest standing team members, having joined the University in 1996, initially in the School of Accounting, Banking and Economics (as it was known at the time) for two years, before moving to the Academic Registry in 1998. After supporting the Academic Registrar and the wider team for over 20 years, Jaci joined the Corporate Services Directorate in 2018, as a Personal Assistant.

Heather supports the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oliver Turnbull and the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research), Professor Paul Spencer. Heather has been with the University for 20 years, initially as Personal Assistant to the Head of the School of Psychology. Since 2011, Heather has provided Executive Assistant support in the Pro Vice-Chancellor's office for several different Pro Vice-Chancellors.

Donna supports the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education), Professor Nichola Callow, and the Interim Chief Marketing Officer, Mrs Patricia Murchie. Prior to her current role, Donna has been an administrator for the NHS whilst studying a part-time HNC in Business Administration; a Personal Assistant for 20 years providing personal assistant support in Marketing, Pontio Arts; and an Executive Assistant Support to the Dean of the College of Human Sciences at Bangor University, whilst studying a part-time degree.

Karen supports the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Welsh Language, Civic Engagement and Strategic Partnerships), Professor Andrew Edwards and the Pro Vice-Chancellor (Global Engagement), Professor Paul Van Gardingen. Karen first began working at Bangor University in 1996 as an Office Assistant in the School of Accounting, Banking and Economics. She has been a Personal Assistant to senior staff at the University for over twenty years, having worked for various Heads of School, Heads of College and more recently Pro Vice-Chancellors.
