Overview

Crynodeb o'r cynnwys:

• Fframweithiau ar gyfer arloesi a dylunio, McKinney’s FIRE. Dylunio sy'n canolbwyntio ar y defnyddiwr. Dylunio yn system gynhyrchu Toyota.

• Cydymffurfio â chodau a rheoliadau (iechyd a diogelwch, safonau rhyngwladol).

• Creu a rheoli tîm trwy is-adrannau dylunio, profi, cyllid ac adnoddau dynol.

• Rheoli project trwy ddefnyddio adnoddau fel siartiau Gantt, adolygiadau dylunio, manylebau cynnyrch, modelu perfformiad a nodweddu.

• Ennill cyllid project mewn amgylchedd cystadleuol trwy gyflwyno eich gwaith tîm eich hun o bryd i'w gilydd gerbron bwrdd buddsoddwyr.
