Overall aims and purpose

Ydych chi eisiau dilyn gyrfa mewn seicoleg chwaraeon neu wyddoniaeth chwaraeon cymhwysol? Yna mae'n rhaid i'r modiwl hwn fod! Nod y modiwl hwn yw rhoi cipolwg i chi ar y sgiliau sydd eu hangen i fod yn seicolegydd chwaraeon llwyddiannus yn ogystal â rhai o'r technegau y gallech eu defnyddio gydag athletwyr, timau a hyfforddwyr. Mae'r modiwl hwn hefyd yn berffaith ar gyfer y rhai sydd eisiau gweithio gydag athletwyr a hyfforddwyr gan y byddwch yn dysgu am y sgiliau ymarferol sydd eu hangen i weithio fel gwyddonydd chwaraeon

Course content

Cyflwynir y modiwl hwn gan seicolegydd a hyfforddwr chwaraeon achrededig sydd â dros 10 mlynedd o brofiad o weithio gydag athletwyr elitaidd mewn amrywiaeth o chwaraeon. Bydd y modiwl yn dechrau drwy edrych ar y sgiliau sydd eu hangen i fod yn ymarferydd gwyddoniaeth chwaraeon llwyddiannus. Yna byddwch yn edrych ar ddulliau o gynnal dadansoddiad anghenion gydag athletwyr, ac yna edrych ar y sgiliau seicolegol y gallwch eu datblygu gyda'ch athletwyr a'ch hyfforddwyr. Bydd y modiwl hwn hefyd yn eich dysgu sut i gynnal cefnogaeth seicoleg chwaraeon gyda thimau a byddwn hefyd yn edrych ar gefnogi athletwyr anabledd.

Bydd y modiwl hwn yn cynnwys amrywiaeth o ymarferion ymarferol sy'n rhoi profiadau ymarferol i chi o fod yn seicolegydd chwaraeon. Mae'r asesiad ar gyfer y modiwl hwn yn cael ei gymhwyso'n fawr ac mae'n rhoi cyfle i chi gwblhau dadansoddiad anghenion gan gynnwys defnyddio holiaduron, cyfweliadau ac arsylwadau yn ogystal â dylunio eich ymyriadau eich hun ar gyfer chwaraeon o'ch dewis chi.

Lecture

Bydd y darlithoedd yn cael eu cynnal am ddwy awr bob wythnos. Bydd y rhain yn canolbwyntio ar y modd yr agweddau cymhwyso o weithio gydag athletwyr, dadansoddi anghenion a strategaethau i wella perfformiad. Er mwyn i fyfyrwyr ddeall dulliau hyn, gofynnir iddynt gwblhau nifer o dasgau ymarferol yn ystod y ddarlith, yn unigol ac mewn grwpiau.
