Overall aims and purpose

Mae’r modiwl yn rhoi cyfle i fyfyrwyr weithio ar bwnc o'u dewis eu hunain. Gall y pwnc fod yn rhyngddisgyblaethol ei natur a bydd yn gysylltiedig ag un o'r disgyblaethau a gynrychiolir yn y radd, neu'r ddwy ohonynt. Bydd yr ymchwil a wneir wedi'i seilio ar ffynonellau eilaidd a bydd yn dangos ymwybyddiaeth o wahanol ddulliau gweithredu methodolegol a'r gallu i leoli, dethol a chyfuno gwybodaeth o amrywiaeth o ffynonellau.

Course content

Mae’r modiwl yn rhoi cyfle i fyfyrwyr weithio ar bwnc o'u dewis eu hunain. Gall y pwnc fod yn rhyngddisgyblaethol ei natur a bydd yn gysylltiedig ag un o'r disgyblaethau a gynrychiolir yn y radd, neu'r ddwy ohonynt. Bydd yr ymchwil a wneir wedi'i seilio ar ffynonellau eilaidd a bydd yn dangos ymwybyddiaeth o wahanol ddulliau gweithredu methodolegol a'r gallu i leoli, dethol a chyfuno gwybodaeth o amrywiaeth o ffynonellau.

(D- i D+) Myfyrwyr yn dangos lefel drothwy o wybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o'r pwnc, ond mae eu rhagarweiniad/crynodeb yn wael a defnydd a dealltwriaeth gyfyngedig iawn o ffynonellau damcaniaethol neu syniadau academaidd a moeseg. Casgliad gwael drwodd a thro sy'n cael effaith ar gynnwys a chydlynedd y cyflwyniad llafar.

(C- i C+) Mae myfyrwyr da yn dangos gafael fedrus ar bwnc y traethawd hir a materion cysylltiedig. Ceir ymgais resymol i ddadansoddi mater y pwnc a myfyrio arno. Dangos dealltwriaeth o faterion moesegol a nifer fechan o ddamcaniaethau. Yn y gwaith ceir cipolwg ar arsylwadau treiddgar ac adfyfyriol a gwneir ymgais dda i gysylltu syniadau academaidd â sefyllfaoedd gweithle ac adlewyrchir hyn yng nghynnwys y cyflwyniad llafar. Mae'r gwaith drwodd a thro'n dangos bod sgôp ar gyfer mwy o ddadansoddi a dealltwriaeth. (B- i B+) Mae myfyrwyr da iawn yn dangos gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth fedrus o fater y pwnc. Mae'r gwaith yn ddadansoddol mewn nifer o feysydd ac yn dangos dealltwriaeth feirniadol o ddamcaniaethau a syniadau academaidd. Mae'r gwaith drwodd a thro'n dreiddgar ac yn dangos peth gwreiddioldeb a gwelir hyn yn ansawdd a chyflwyniad y gwaith llafar.
