Overall aims and purpose

Ystyrir bod hawliau a llais y plentyn yn hanfodol i weithio gyda phlant ar draws lleoliadau aml-asiantaeth, ac mae hefyd wrth wraidd ffyrdd newydd o gynnwys plant a phobl ifanc mewn ymchwil. Yn y 30 mlynedd ers i Gonfensiwn y Cenhedloedd Unedig ar Hawliau'r Plentyn (UNCRC) ddod i fodolaeth mae ei ddelfrydau wedi arwain at newidiadau mawr mewn syniadau cymdeithasol, diwylliannol, cyfreithiol ac addysgol am blant. Mae'r delfrydau hyn wedi arwain at ddeddfwriaeth allweddol yng Nghymru cyd-destunau cenedlaethol, ac wedi dod ag anghenion plant i mewn i faes hawliau dynol byd-eang. Yn y modiwl hwn byddwn yn edrych ar hanes agweddau cyfoes ar yr agenda hawliau plant, gan archwilio gwahanol ddulliau a mentrau sy'n ceisio gwneud hawliau plant yn realiti mewn ysgolion a cymunedau yn y DU a thu hwnt. Bydd addysg, normau ac arferion hawliau yn cael eu harchwilio mewn cyd-destunau diwylliannol amrywiol fel ffordd o ystyried allwedd egwyddorion megis budd gorau'r plentyn a chyfranogiad plant’. Wedi'i fframio gan yr agenda hawliau plant, bydd y modiwl yn archwilio ffyrdd gellir meithrin ymwybyddiaeth ddiwylliannol yn ystod plentyndod a llencyndod

Course content

Cyflwyniad i'r CCUHP, hanes hawliau plant yng Nghymru, y DU ac yn rhyngwladol. Y 3 ‘P: P: Darpariaeth, Amddiffyn a Chyfranogi. Hawliau i mewn deddfwriaeth: enghreifftiau Tensiynau a Phersbectifau: budd gorau plentyn Safbwyntiau diwylliannol ar hawliau Hawliau ar waith: astudiaethau achos (e.e. India, Brasil, Nicaragua, Yr Alban) Hawliau cyfranogiad plant ac Erthygl 12 Comisiynwyr Plant y DU Polisi a strategaethau addysgol i'w hyrwyddo dealltwriaeth o hawliau plant Athroniaeth i Blant (P4C) fel offeryn addysgu ar gyfer Hawliau Hawliau plant: diwylliant, hunaniaeth ac amrywiaeth y CCUHP a hawliau diwylliannol plant Mae perthnasedd diwylliannol mewn hawliau plant yn ymarfer 'buddiannau gorau'r plentyn' mewn cyd-destunau diwylliannol amrywiol Tokenistiaeth, rhethreg a realiti hawliau plant
