Overview
The precise topic will be discussed in detail between the student and supervisor and will cover an appropriate area of research in Philosophy and/or Religion.

Learning Outcomes
- To design and undertake a programme of detailed research leading to the written presentation of conclusions in the form of an essay
- To participate in curent debates concerning issues relating to philosophy and or religious studies.
- To read critically both primary and secondary texts relating to specific and abstract principles of philosophy and or religious studies
- To structure a complex argument, in essay form, relating to philosophical and or religious issues of contemporary concern
