Overall aims and purpose

Un o fodiwlau craidd Cymraeg gydag Ysgrifennu Creadigol yw hwn, ond nid yw’n gyfyngedig i’r rhai sy’n dilyn y cynllun gradd hwnnw. Yn wir, nid oes raid wrth brofiad blaenorol o ysgrifennu creadigol er mwyn dilyn y modiwl, ond yn hytrach ddiddordeb gwirioneddol yn y maes a pharodrwydd i roi cynnig ar wahanol fathau o ysgrifennu creadigol. Defnyddir tri dull dysgu, sef seminarau, gweithdai a thiwtorialau. Mewn seminarau, trafodir enghreifftiau llwyddiannus o wahanol genres ffuglennol a barddol, dulliau a chonfensiynau llenyddol. Tynnir sylw at amryw fathau o ysgrifennu creadigol a’u cynnig yn ganllawiau i’r rhai sy’n dilyn y modiwl, modelau y gallen nhw eu hefelychu wrth fynd ati i gyfansoddi eu hunain. Mewn gweithdai, gosodir ymarferion penodol i’r myfyrwyr weithio arnynt er mwyn hybu creadigrwydd a datblygu syniadau newydd. Mewn tiwtorialau a gynhelir yn gyson yn ystod y semester, rhoddir adborth i’r ymarferion dosbarth, trafodir syniadau’r myfyriwr unigol ar gyfer ei ffolio, a chynigir sylwadau ar unrhyw waith creadigol sydd ar y gweill.

Course content
