Strategic Equality Plan and Annual Equality Reports

The Equality Act 2010 requires public bodies to develop and publish a Strategic Equality Plan at least every four years.  Ours can be found here Strategic Equality Plan 2024 - 2028.

In addition, public bodies are required to annually report data relating to staff and students, and to report progress against the Strategic Equality Plan’s objectives. 

Although the Gender Pay reporting requirements do not apply to public authorities in Wales, as the University is committed to equality of opportunity and transparency, we have decided to publish details of our Gender Pay Gap.
