The strongest improvements were in measures linked to the National Student Survey. Bangor’s position for satisfaction with teaching rose 38 places to 30th nationally, while satisfaction with assessment improved by nine places.
The University also made significant progress in career prospects, rising 22 places to 55th nationally.
At subject level, nine subjects are ranked within the top quartile nationally, including five within the top 10% of institutions.
Electrical and Electronic Engineering leads these results, ranking first in the UK with the highest possible Guardian score of 100 beating Southampton in second and Exeter in third place. Midwifery secured 2nd position in the UK with 100% satisfaction for teaching and 97.6% for feedback.
