Overall aims and purpose

Amcanion y cwrs hwn yw rhoi cyflwyniad i fusnes, rheolaeth a sefydliadau. Mae sefydliadau’n allweddol i’r ffordd yr ydym yn trefnu cymdeithas, ac mae astudiaeth o sefydliadau yn ganolog i ddatblygu dealltwriaeth nid yn unig o fusnes a rheolaeth, ond nifer o agweddau eraill ar ein bywydau. Mae’r cwrs yn edrych ar gyd-destun busnes, trefniadaeth gwaith a natur rheolaeth.

Course content

Esbonio Ymddygiad Sefydliadol, Yr Amgylchedd Busnes, Diwylliant Sefydliadol, Personoliaeth, Sgiliau Cyflogadwyedd, Entrepreneuriaeth ac Entrepreneuriaeth Gorfforaethol/Intrapreneuriaeth, Dysgu ac arloesi mewn sefydliadau, Cymhelliant, Technoleg, Cyfathrebu, Strwythur Grwpiau ac Unigolion mewn Grwpiau, Gwaith Tîm, Elfennau Strwythur, Cynllun Sefydliadau, Pensaernïaeth a Strategaeth Sefydliadol, Arweinyddiaeth, Newid a Gwrthdaro.
