Charity treks, gap years, and even holidays are becoming increasingly adventurous, often visiting hot, cold, and high places such as Australia, Lapland, Kilimanjaro, and Everest Base Camp. Join Bangor University to explore how their work in sport and exercise science and environmental physiology can be used to enhance performance and health in extreme environments. This session will be of relevance to those interested in a future in sport and exercise science and human physiology, and anyone planning an adventurous trip abroad.
