- 8.30am-6pm Monday-Thursday
- 8.30am-5pm on Fridays

From A-level results day, you can contact the Helpline on 0800 085 1818. The opening times are:
- Thursday, 17 August: 8am-7pm
- Friday, 18 August: 8am-7pm
- Saturday, 19 August: 10am-3pm
The Helpline will be open 9am-5pm weekdays only (excluding the Bank Holiday Monday), between Monday, 21 August and Friday, 1 September.
