Overview

Mae astudio bwyd yn ei holl ddimensiynau yn cynnig cyfleoedd i archwilio ystod eang o gwestiynau dybryd ym maes cymunedau cynaliadwy a meysydd ehangach o lywodraethu a dadansoddi gofodol ar draws daearyddiaeth ddynol ac amgylcheddol. Mae datblygiad bwyd a diod yn effeithio ar bawb a phopeth mewn rhyw ffordd p'un a yw'n canolbwyntio'n ofodol ar systemau cynhyrchu, gastronomeg ddiwylliannol a newid hanesyddol neu adfywio bwyd yn seiliedig ar le - i gyd yn cysylltu pobl â mannau tyfu, cynhyrchu a bwyta, rheoli tir lleol â rheoliadau marchnadoedd rhyngwladol a marchnadoedd. Integreiddio theori/ymarfer/gwybodaeth yn bresennol yn ysbeidiol er mwyn cyflawni amcanion y gwaith a aseswyd. Defnydd cyfyngedig o lenyddiaeth gynradd.

-Da -Graddau B- i B+: Llawer neu'r rhan fwyaf o'r wybodaeth a'r sgiliau perthnasol wedi'u harddangos yn gywir. Gafael da/digonol ar elfennau damcaniaethol/cysyniadol/ymarferol. Integreiddio theori/ymarfer/gwybodaeth da/teg wrth fynd ar drywydd amcanion y gwaith a aseswyd. Tystiolaeth o ddefnyddio sgiliau creadigol a myfyriol. Peth defnydd beirniadol o lenyddiaeth gynradd a defnydd cyffredinol eang o'r llenyddiaeth yn gyffredinol.

Integreiddiad da o theori/ymarfer/gwybodaeth wrth fynd ar drywydd amcanion y gwaith a aseswyd. Tystiolaeth gref o ddefnyddio sgiliau creadigol a myfyriol. Defnydd eang a beirniadol o lenyddiaeth y tu hwnt i'r hyn a ragnodir trosglwyddadwy.

Learning Outcomes

  • Arddangos sgiliau rhagorol wrth gyfathrebu datblygiadau, materion a sefydliadau newydd o fewn ac ar draws ystod eang o arloesiadau a daearyddiaethau bwyd a diod.

  • Casglu a chyfosod gwybodaeth yn effeithiol o amrywiaeth eang o ffynonellau ac o ddysgu yn y maes, adnoddau ar y we a chyfryngau cymdeithasol.

  • Cymhwyso sgiliau cynllunio gwreiddiol i gyflwyno a threfnu arloesedd bwyd neu ddiod posibl o fewn y cyd-destun presennol ar gyfer ariannu a gweithredu yn y sectorau gastronomeg, mynediad at fwyd cymunedol, datblygu cynnyrch bwyd, twristiaeth bwyd.
