Overview

Mae’r modiwl creadigol hwn yn archwilio llythrennedd a chyfathrebu plant ac yn gofyn cwestiynau pwysig yn ymwneud â datblygiad llythrennedd ac yr heriau mae rhai plant a phobl ifanc yn gallu eu gwynebu wrth ddatblygu llythrennedd, ac hefyd pa mor ganolog yw llenyddiaeth i hunaniaeth gymdeithasol a diwylliannol. Mae dulliau astudio yn cynnwys ymweliadau â mannau o ddiddordeb er mwyn i fyfyrwyr archwilio’r cysylltiad rhwng damcaniaethau a ffyrdd ymarferol o gefnogi datblygiad llythrennedd plentyn. Bydd y rhai sy’n astudio’r modiwl hwn yn ennill gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth hanfodol o sut y gellir cyfuno bywyd cartref, cwricwlwm yr ysgol, ymgysylltu â phrofiadau amrywiol ac eang a chael mynediad i lwyfannau digidol i ddatblygu sgiliau cyfathrebu creadigol a llythrennedd sy’n paratoi plant ar gyfer dysgu gydol oes.

1.Cyfraniad y teulu at ddatblygiad cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd oCydnabod teuluoedd fel athrawon cyntaf y plentyn a'r gefnogaeth sydd ar gael iddynt. oCefnogi datblygiad iaith a llythrennedd plant dwyieithog ac amlieithog oDefnyddio straeon, teganau a gemau i ddatblygu iaith a llythrennedd cynnar. oYmchwilio i ymyriadau cynnar sy'n cefnogi plant ag ADY/oedi cyfathrebu 2.Cyfraniad yr ysgol at ddatblygu cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd oLleoliad ysgol 6 awr yn arsylwi ac yn cymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd oYmgorffori sgiliau cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd ar draws y cwricwlwm oDefnyddio llenyddiaeth plant yn greadigol i ddatblygu sgiliau darllen ac ysgrifennu oDefnyddio llwyfannau digidol i gefnogi a gwella dysgu llythrennedd plant oTrafod disgwyliadau cymdeithasol ac addysgol ym maes datblygiad iaith a llythrennedd sy'n gysylltiedig â rhyw a diwylliant

Assessment Strategy

-threshold -(D) Gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth foddhaol o gyfraniad teuluoedd ac ysgolion at ddatblygiad cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd plant. Rhoi gwerthusiad digonol o'r cyfleoedd trawsgwricwlaidd i ddatblygu cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd mewn lle o ddiddordeb sy'n addas i ymweliad gan deulu neu ysgol. Gwneud ymgais resymol i gyflwyno stori syml i blant gan ddefnyddio propiau ac adnoddau (yn cynnwys adnoddau digidol) sy'n briodol i oedran a chyfnod datblygol y gynulleidfa. Rhywfaint o wahaniaethu wrth nodi sut y gellid addasu cyflwyniad llafar o stori syml i blant â sgiliau iaith gwahanol fel plant dwyieithog/amlieithog neu blant ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol.

-good -(B) Rhai elfennau da yn y wybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o gyfraniad teuluoedd ac ysgolion at ddatblygiad cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd plant, gyda rhywfaint o feddwl yn feirniadol. Rhoi gwerthusiad trylwyr o'r cyfleoedd trawsgwricwlaidd i ddatblygu cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd mewn lle o ddiddordeb sy'n addas i ymweliad gan deulu neu ysgol. Gwneud ymgais hyderus i gyflwyno stori syml i blant gan ddefnyddio propiau ac adnoddau (yn cynnwys adnoddau digidol) sy'n briodol i oedran a chyfnod datblygol y gynulleidfa. Defnyddio amrywiaeth o strategaethau i gefnogi gwahaniaethu wrth nodi sut y gellid addasu cyflwyniad llafar o stori syml i blant â sgiliau iaith gwahanol fel plant dwyieithog/amlieithog neu blant ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol.

Rhoi gwerthusiad llawn o'r cyfleoedd trawsgwricwlaidd i ddatblygu cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd mewn lle o ddiddordeb sy'n addas i ymweliad gan deulu neu ysgol.
