‘Taste the Benefit’: An opportunity to try new, healthier bakes at Jaspels Anglesey Cidery and M-SParc this coming week

Bangor University are collaborating with Pwllheli-based Pennotec, and baker The Pudding Compartment, Flint using apple extracts to make some of the nation’s favourite foods healthier, without compromising taste.
