Interpersonal Mindfulness

Mindfulness is essentially a relational practice, and many people who work one to one, find that mindfulness is supportive to their work.
CMRP offers two trainings for anyone who is interested in exploring this relational aspect of mindfulness:

  1. Mindfulness and Individual therapy (MiT)
    • 5 day residential training
    • This is a training specifically for psychotherapists, counsellors or anyone who is trained in and uses a defined psychological theory as part of their work.
  2. One 2 One Mindfulness.
    • 3 day non-residential training delivered in London
    • This training is for anyone who has taken the 8-week mindfulness course, and who is engaged in relationships at home and at work.
It offers an opportunity to deepen mindfulness practice in relationship.
