I studied Zoology at Bangor, specialising in behavioural science and primatology. What stood out most during my degree was learning how living systems behave under pressure, how environments shape decisions, and how clarity helps groups function well. Those ideas have stayed with me throughout my career.
After graduating, I worked across education, transport, logistics, housing, hospitality, and public‑sector operations. In every role, I kept seeing the same issue: people were working hard, but the systems around them weren’t aligned. Information was scattered, processes didn’t match day‑to‑day reality, and teams were often left trying to make sense of complexity without the right structure.
That experience led me to create SynergyFlow, a practical operational framework that helps organisations work more clearly and consistently. It isn’t a piece of software — it’s a structured way of organising information, workflows, and responsibilities so teams can focus on the work that matters. The approach is now being used across different sectors in the UK and Poland, with a focus on clarity, compliance, mobility, and everyday operations.
Alongside SynergyFlow, I continue to support academic research through DataWinder, a simple ecological modelling and data‑visualisation tool I originally built during my postgraduate work. It was designed to help students and researchers explore behavioural or ecological datasets without needing specialist coding skills.
Bangor played a major role in shaping how I think and work. The scientific grounding, the fieldwork, and the focus on understanding real‑world systems have influenced everything I’ve built since.
