Oes Owain Gwynedd a'r Arglwydd Rhys; Gerallt Gymro; Llywelyn ap Iorwerth (m. 1240) a'i feibion; Penarglwyddiaeth a chwymp Llywelyn ap Gruffudd, Tywysog Cymru (m. 1282); barddoniaeth a hanes yn yr Oesoedd Canol; dyheadau gwleidyddol Cymreig yn y bedwaredd ganrif ar ddeg; mudiad Glyndwr; Brutus, 1485 a'r traddodiad proffwydol; Cymru a'r Diwygiad Protestannaidd; Cymru a'r Dadeni; Cymru a gwleidyddiaeth yr unfed ganrif ar bymtheg - y Deddfau Uno.

Assessment Strategy

-threshold -Bydd myfyrwyr trothwy (D- [40%]) yn dangos gwybodaeth sylfaenol o rannau o leiaf o’r maes perthnasol a byddant yn gwneud ymdrechion lled lwyddiannus o leiaf i lunio dadl sy’n cydnabod y ceir gwahaniaethau mewn dehongliad hanesyddol.

-good -Bydd myfyrwyr da iawn (B-, B, B+ [60au]) yn dangos lefel gadarn o gyrhaeddiad yn yr holl feini prawf a restrwyd yn y paragraffau uchod.

-excellent -Bydd myfyrwyr rhagorol (A-, A, A+, A* [70au ac uwch]) yn dangos y cyrhaeddiad cadarn hwn ar draws yr holl feini prawf ynghyd â dyfnder gwybodaeth drawiadol iawn a/neu allu dadansoddol eithriadol graff.

-another level-Bydd myfyrwyr da (C-, C, C+ [50au]) yn dangos lefel uwch o wybodaeth, a’r gallu i gyflwyno dadl gydlynol sy’n cael ei chynnal gan dystiolaeth addas am nifer o agweddau ar y testun.
