Overall aims and purpose

  1. Atgyfnerthu ac ehangu gwybodaeth myfyrwyr am ramadeg a geirfa Sbaeneg.
  2. Datblygu sgiliau cyfieithu i'r iaith darged ac ohoni, a sgiliau i drin Sbaeneg ysgrifenedig.
  3. Datblygu sgiliau llafar a gwrando.
  4. Ymgyfarwyddo â geirfa sy'n berthnasol i'w cyfnod preswyl dramor, a chyd-destunau cymdeithasol-ddiwylliannol eraill. Bydd myfyrwyr ar y modiwl hwn yn gweithio tuag at ennill B2/C1 ar y Fframwaith Cyfeirio Ewropeaidd Cyffredin ar gyfer Ieithoedd.

Course content

Bwriad y cwrs semester cyntaf hwn yw atgyfnerthu ac ehangu gwybodaeth y myfyrwyr am ramadeg a geirfa trwy roi amrywiaeth o destunau iddynt, o erthyglau papur newydd i ddarnau o lenyddiaeth, mewn amryw o gyweiriau ac arddulliau (gan gynnwys enghreifftiau hynod lafar a hynod ffurfiol). Rhoddir pwyslais hefyd ar sgiliau llafar a gwrando trwy ddosbarthiadau arbennig lle bydd myfyrwyr yn gwylio/gwrando ar bytiau o ffilmiau/teledu ac fe'u hanogir i ddadansoddi a thrafod eu cynnwys.

excellent

70+%: Gwybodaeth ragorol o eirfa a gramadeg, a gallu ardderchog i gyfieithu a thrin testunau, gyda dealltwriaeth gadarn o gywair. Gallu rhagorol ar lafar ac wrth wrando.

good

50-69%: Gwybodaeth dda o eirfa a gramadeg, a gallu da i gyfieithu a thrin amrywiaeth o ddeunyddiau testunol. Gallu da ar lafar ac wrth wrando.

threshold

40-49%: Gwybodaeth gyfyngedig o eirfa a gramadeg, a gallu cyfyngedig i gyfieithu ac aralleirio ystod o destunau penodedig.

    1. Trafod pynciau o ddiddordeb cyffredinol a pharatoi a rhoi cyflwyniadau hirach yn yr iaith darged.
