  1. Cyfraniad y teulu at ddatblygiad cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd o Cydnabod teuluoedd fel athrawon cyntaf y plentyn a'r gefnogaeth sydd ar gael iddynt. o Cefnogi datblygiad iaith a llythrennedd plant dwyieithog ac amlieithog o Defnyddio straeon, teganau a gemau i ddatblygu iaith a llythrennedd cynnar. o Ymchwilio i ymyriadau cynnar sy'n cefnogi plant ag ADY/oedi cyfathrebu

Cyfraniad yr ysgol at ddatblygu cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd o Lleoliad ysgol 6 awr yn arsylwi ac yn cymryd rhan mewn gweithgareddau cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd o Ymgorffori sgiliau cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd ar draws y cwricwlwm o Defnyddio llenyddiaeth plant yn greadigol i ddatblygu sgiliau darllen ac ysgrifennu o Defnyddio llwyfannau digidol i gefnogi a gwella dysgu llythrennedd plant o Trafod disgwyliadau cymdeithasol ac addysgol ym maes datblygiad iaith a llythrennedd sy'n gysylltiedig â rhyw a diwylliant

Assessment Strategy

-threshold -(D) Gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth foddhaol o gyfraniad teuluoedd ac ysgolion at ddatblygiad cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd plant. Rhoi gwerthusiad digonol o'r cyfleoedd trawsgwricwlaidd i ddatblygu cyfathrebu, iaith a llythrennedd mewn lle o ddiddordeb sy'n addas i ymweliad gan deulu neu ysgol. Gwneud ymgais resymol i gyflwyno stori syml i blant gan ddefnyddio propiau ac adnoddau (yn cynnwys adnoddau digidol) sy'n briodol i oedran a chyfnod datblygol y gynulleidfa. Rhywfaint o wahaniaethu wrth nodi sut y gellid addasu cyflwyniad llafar o stori syml i blant â sgiliau iaith gwahanol fel plant dwyieithog/amlieithog neu blant ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol.

Gwneud ymgais hyderus i gyflwyno stori syml i blant gan ddefnyddio propiau ac adnoddau (yn cynnwys adnoddau digidol) sy'n briodol i oedran a chyfnod datblygol y gynulleidfa. Defnyddio amrywiaeth o strategaethau i gefnogi gwahaniaethu wrth nodi sut y gellid addasu cyflwyniad llafar o stori syml i blant â sgiliau iaith gwahanol fel plant dwyieithog/amlieithog neu blant ag anghenion dysgu ychwanegol.
