Overall aims and purpose

Nod y modiwl hwn yw rhoi cyfle i fyfyrwyr ysgrifennu darn estynedig o waith yn ystod eu semester mewn gwlad Ffrangeg ei hiaith. Mae'r project yn rhoi cyfle i fyfyrwyr ddatblygu gwybodaeth drylwyr am elfen benodol o fywyd, llenyddiaeth neu ddiwylliant gwlad Ffrangeg ei hiaith a gwella eu Ffrangeg ysgrifenedig a llafar yr un pryd. Dylid dewis pwnc nad yw eisoes yn elfen benodol o'r maes llafur, pwrpas hynny yw annog myfyrwyr i ddatblygu eu sgiliau astudio annibynnol a'u sgiliau ymchwil.

Course content

Ar yr amod y caiff ei gymeradwyo gan aelodau perthnasol staff yr Ysgol Ieithoedd Modern, gall y dewis bwnc neu'r darn i'w gyfieithu ymwneud ag unrhyw agwedd ar fywyd, llenyddiaeth, hanes neu ddiwylliant Ffrangeg gwlad Ffrangeg ei hiaith. Dylid dewis pwnc/darn i'w gyfieithu nad yw eisoes yn elfen benodol o'r maes llafur. Ni ddylid dewis darn i'w gyfieithu sydd eisoes wedi ei gyfieithu i'r Gymraeg/Saesneg. Bydd y traethawd/cyflwyniad yn yr iaith darged.

Da C- - B+: Dealltwriaeth gadarn o'r pwnc a ddewiswyd; tystiolaeth ddigonol o sgiliau ymchwil annibynnol a gafael dda ar eirfa a gramadeg.

Rhagorol A- - A*: Dealltwriaeth drylwyr o'r pwnc a ddewiswyd; tystiolaeth helaeth o sgiliau ymchwil annibynnol a gafael ragorol ar eirfa a gramadeg.

  1. Dangos eu bod yn gyfarwydd â thechnegau cyfeirio (yn cynnwys llunio llyfryddiaeth) NEU uwch dechnegau cyfieithu.

  2. Dangos y gallu i wneud ymchwil annibynnol NEU gyfieithu darn estynedig yn annibynnol.

  3. Dangos y gallu i gasglu gwybodaeth a'i chrynhoi mewn dadl glir a rhesymegol yn yr iaith darged ar lafar neu'n ysgrifenedig NEU wneud penderfyniadau gwybodus wrth gyfieithu, gan ystyried cyd-destun cymdeithasol-wleidyddol a hanesyddol y testun gwreiddiol.
