Our Helpdesk should be your first point of contact within PaCS for any queries relating to our services.
To report non-urgent faults or to make requests for our services, please contact us on extension 2783, or 01248 382783 if calling from outside the University, or by email.
Helpdesk is open between 08.45 and 17.00 Monday to Friday.
Outside of these hours, or when the University is closed, Helpdesk is covered by Security and any requests need to be reported by telephone only. The calls will divert automatically.
For urgent faults please ensure that you speak to a member of staff by calling extension 2783 (or 01248 382783).
In the event of an emergency please dial 333 from any internal phone.
When calls or emails are received your requests are logged in our Planon system which generates the work for our teams.
