Taith is Wales’ international learning exchange programme. The Taith Research Mobility programme supports the physical outward and inward mobility of postgraduate researchers (PGRs), early career researchers (ECRs), and technicians and research support staff to global destinations. The scheme offers flexible short- and long-term opportunities worldwide, with mobility durations ranging from 2 days to 5 weeks.

 

The scheme is now open for applications and will close at 4pm on 16 June 2026. Applications for activities due to begin in the coming months are particularly encouraged. Further Taith Research Mobility calls are anticipated in October 2026 and January 2027, subject to funding.
