Dr Stefania Silvestri is a Researcher Developer within The Academy, University of Liverpool, responsible for delivering the Prosper cohort at Liverpool, a career development programme specifically designed for postdocs. She is part of a wider team working on Prosper rollout across the sector, which aims at creating a sustainable practice sharing model of postdoctoral career development.
In her role Stefania brings her experience as an international postdoc in Humanities, together with her passion for languages and cultures and her enthusiasm to support others in developing their career potential.
