"My current role is based in a 270,000m2 robotic fulfilment centre, where, day to day, I manage a team of 40-120 people and leaders to fulfil customer orders. Alongside that, I am able to take charge of site-wide projects and initiatives focusing on improving quality, productivity and employee engagement.
