Overview
First year PhD Soil and Environmental Science student carrying out research on northern peatland microbial ecology, and the effects of damage, restoration, and negative climactic feedbacks on carbon cycling and greenhouse gas exchange.
My interests lie in sustainable, realistic, and sympathetic conservation methods, which are effective not only in situ, but work for the surrounding community.
Qualifications

I have experience as a student demonstrator, assisting lecturers in laboratory and computer based practicals with undergraduate students. I am confident marking both hand written and report based work, either by hand or using blackboard, and as such, i am very familiar with using rubric marking schemes, to consistently grade work.
