Overview


Yn y modiwl hwn astudir nodweddion y gyfres ddrama a’r ddrama gyfres fel cyfryngau dramatig ac olrheinir datblygiad y cyfryngau yng Nghymru rhwng diwedd y 1970au a’r cyfnod presennol. Canolbwyntir ar ddadansoddi themâu a chynnwys gan archwilio’r berthynas rhwng cymeriadau a’r modd y caiff Cymru (a’r gwahanol ardaloedd o fewn y wlad) a’i phobl eu portreadu ar y sgrin deledu Gymraeg. Astudir y technegau a ddefnyddir mewn cyfresi drama a dramâu cyfres i ddenu gwylwyr a chyfleu tensiwn. Canolbwyntir ar drawstoriad eang weithiau (9 cyfres) o wahanol gyfnodau ac o wahanol ardaloedd gan gynnwys gweithiau gan ddramodwyr megis Meic Povey a Siwan Jones.

Yn gyfochrog ag astudio'r 9 cyfres uchod, bydd y modiwl hefyd yn canolbwyntio ar astudio un gyfres gyflawn, Pen Talar, a thair drama deledu o eiddo Meic Povey.

Bydd y modiwl hwn ar gael i fyfyrwyr lefel 2 a 3. Bydd y cynnwys yr un fath ond bydd natur y tasgau’n wahanol.

Trothwy: (D) Dylai’r traethawd a’r cyflwyniad llafar ddangos cynefindra â’r prif ffynonellau gwybodaeth ynghyd â’r gallu i gywain, dadansoddi a mynegi barn bersonol ar ddadleuon eraill yn y maes. Dylai’r mynegiant ddangos gafael ar gystrawen a theithi’r iaith Gymraeg.

Da: (B) Dylai’r traethawd a’r cyflwyniad llafar ddangos gwybodaeth dda o’r ffynonellau cynradd ac eilaidd safonol ynghyd â’r gallu i gywain a chrynhoi’n ddeallus wybodaeth berthnasol a dibynadwy o nifer sylweddol o ffynonellau eraill, boed y rheini’n rhai ysgrifenedig, electronig neu’n rhai llafar. Dylid hefyd ddangos parodrwydd i fynegi barn bersonol a gallu i ddadansoddi a beirniadu, mewn modd cytbwys a chlir, ddadleuon eraill yn y maes. Dylai’r mynegiant ddangos gafael dda ar gystrawen a theithi’r Gymraeg.

Rhagorol:(A) Dylai’r traethawd a’r cyflwyniad llafar ddangos gwybodaeth sicr o’r ffynonellau cynradd ac eilaidd safonol ynghyd â’r gallu i gywain a chrynhoi’n ddeallus wybodaeth berthnasol a dibynadwy o nifer sylweddol o ffynonellau eraill, boed y rheini’n rhai ysgrifenedig, electronig neu’n rhai llafar. Dylid hefyd ddangos parodrwydd i fynegi barn bersonol a gallu i ddadansoddi a beirniadu, mewn modd cytbwys a chlir, ddadleuon eraill yn y maes.
