ICC-1853
2025-26
Ysgol Cyfrifiadureg a Pheirianneg
Modiwl - Semester 1 a 2
20 credits
Module Organiser: Aled Williams
Overview

Prif ffocws y modiwl hwn yw datblygu eich gwybodaeth a'ch dealltwriaeth o'r broses ddylunio wrth wynebu briff dylunio. Drwy gydol y modiwl, cewch gyfle i weithio ar ddau 'friff byw' a ddarperir gan gleientiaid allanol.

Er mwyn cwblhau'r briffiau hyn yn llwyddiannus, byddwch yn ymgymryd ag ymchwil, archwilio creadigol a datblygu dylunio, ac yn y pen draw yn cynhyrchu prototeip gweithredol o gynnyrch newydd. Trwy weithio ar y briffiau hyn, byddwch yn cael profiad ymarferol o gymhwyso'r broses ddylunio i sefyllfaoedd yn y byd go iawn.

Bydd y modiwl hefyd yn anelu at wella eich ymwybyddiaeth o ddisgwyliadau a safonau proffesiynol. Cyflawnir hyn trwy gyfathrebu'n rheolaidd â'r cleient a nodwyd, gan ddarparu cyfleoedd gwerthfawr i fyfyrwyr ddatblygu eu sgiliau cyfathrebu proffesiynol a chael gwell dealltwriaeth o ofynion y diwydiant dylunio.

Rhennir y modiwl ymarferol hwn yn ddau brosiect 4 wythnos, a bydd y ddau ohonynt yn cael eu darparu gan gleientiaid allanol. Er mwyn sicrhau heriau cyfredol a pherthnasol, gall y cleientiaid a'r briffiau newid yn flynyddol.

Bydd y prosiect cyntaf yn canolbwyntio'n bennaf ar feithrin creadigrwydd a chynhyrchu ystod eang o syniadau arloesol. Bydd y pwyslais ar greu prototeipiau fel rhan o'r broses ddylunio ailadroddol, er mwyn cyfathrebu'r bwriad dylunio yn effeithiol i'r cleient.

Bydd yr ail brosiect yn canolbwyntio mwy ar gynnal ymchwil bwrpasol ac addas i nodi bwriadau a chyfeiriadau prosiect clir, gyda golwg ar nodi cyfleoedd arloesi. Er mwyn cyfleu eu cysyniad i'r cleient, bydd disgwyl i fyfyrwyr ddatblygu prototeip gweithredol.

Drwy gydol y ddau brosiect, bydd y modiwl hefyd yn ceisio dyfnhau gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth myfyrwyr o ddylunio ar gyfer gweithgynhyrchu masnachol. Bydd gofyn i fyfyrwyr ystyried y defnyddiwr terfynol a sicrhau diogelwch ac ansawdd y cynnyrch.
