Overview

Mae profiad yn y gweithle yn ganolog i'r cwrs, mae'n caniatáu i fyfyrwyr gael profiad o weithio fel dylunydd mewn amgylchedd masnachol. Mae’r modiwl hwn yn cyflwyno pecynnau cymorth dadansoddol a ddefnyddir yn y broses o werthuso arsylwadau lleoliad, cyflwyno dadansoddiadau SWOT ar gyfer adolygu, a chyflwyniad i hunanwerthuso datblygiad proffesiynol. Mae’r modiwl yn rhoi cyfle i fyfyrwyr weithio gyda chwmnïau a phartneriaid diwydiannol i gael profiadau ymarferol gwerthfawr. Mae myfyrwyr fel arfer yn mynd at y gyfres hon o fodiwlau lleoliad gwaith gyda’r strategaethau canlynol:

i gasglu ystod eang o brofiadau trwy ganolbwyntio ar gaffael sgiliau - er enghraifft, lleoliadau mewn stiwdios dylunio, cwmnïau gweithgynhyrchu ar raddfa fach neu fawr, cwmnïau CAD neu graffeg arbenigol, neu

targedu cwmnïau penodol lle hoffai'r myfyriwr weithio yn y dyfodol.

Yn ystod y lleoliad 6 wythnos, mae myfyrwyr yn cael y dasg o lunio adroddiad a thraethawd cynhwysfawr, gan ganolbwyntio ar agweddau penodol y maent yn arsylwi arnynt a chysylltu eu dadansoddiad â'u datblygiad proffesiynol. Mae'r adroddiad yn cwmpasu gwahanol agweddau gan gynnwys ethos, gweledigaeth, cenhadaeth a gwerthoedd y cwmni, ynghyd â mewnwelediad i arddulliau arwain a rheoli, strategaethau marchnata, tueddiadau gwleidyddol a defnyddwyr, yn ogystal â mesurau rheoli ansawdd a chynaliadwyedd. Rhoddir pwyslais ar ddatblygu sgiliau dadansoddol trwy archwilio'r cydrannau hyn yn feirniadol. Mewn cyferbyniad, mae’r traethawd yn caniatáu i fyfyrwyr gynnal hunanwerthusiad adfyfyriol o’u gwaith a’u cyfraniadau o fewn y cwmni, yn ogystal ag asesiad o ddatblygiad personol a sgiliau gan ddefnyddio pecyn cymorth Matrics Cyflogadwyedd Bangor. Mae'r tasgau hyn gyda'i gilydd yn meithrin dealltwriaeth ddyfnach o ddeinameg y diwydiant ac yn hwyluso integreiddio gwybodaeth ddamcaniaethol â phrofiad ymarferol, gan wella twf proffesiynol y myfyrwyr.

Assessment Strategy

-rhagorol - A- i A+ (70%+): Perfformiad Eithriadol. Defnyddio'r wybodaeth berthnasol yn gywir. Gafael ardderchog ar elfennau damcaniaethol/cysyniadol/ymarfer. Integreiddiad da o theori/ymarfer/gwybodaeth wrth fynd ar drywydd amcanion y gwaith a aseswyd. Tystiolaeth gref o ddefnyddio sgiliau creadigol a myfyriol.

-da -B- i B+ (60-69%): Perfformiad da iawn Defnyddiwyd y rhan fwyaf o'r wybodaeth berthnasol yn gywir. Dealltwriaeth dda o elfennau damcaniaethol/cysyniadol/ymarferol. Integreiddiad da o theori/ymarfer/gwybodaeth wrth fynd ar drywydd amcanion y gwaith a aseswyd. Tystiolaeth o ddefnyddio sgiliau creadigol a myfyriol.

-lefel arall-C- i C+ (50-59%): Defnyddir llawer o'r wybodaeth a'r sgiliau perthnasol yn gywir ar y cyfan. Gafael digonol ar elfennau damcaniaethol/cysyniadol/ymarferol. Integreiddio teg theori/ymarfer/gwybodaeth wrth fynd ar drywydd amcanion y gwaith a aseswyd. Peth tystiolaeth o ddefnyddio sgiliau creadigol a myfyriol.

-trothwy -D- i D+ (40-49%): Dim bylchau neu wallau mawr wrth ddefnyddio gwybodaeth/sgiliau. Rhywfaint o afael ar elfennau damcaniaethol/cysyniadol/ymarferol. Integreiddio theori/ymarfer/gwybodaeth yn bresennol yn ysbeidiol er mwyn cyflawni amcanion y gwaith a asesir.

  • Adolygu'r dulliau a ddefnyddiwyd i gynnal dadansoddiad a phriodoli hyn i ddatblygiad personol.
