Byddwch yn dysgu am y ffactorau allweddol a all gyfyngu ar berfformiad a'r dulliau hyfforddi y gellir eu defnyddio i gyflawni'r iechyd a'r perfformiad gorau posibl. Bydd sesiynau labordy yn rhoi cyfle i chi ddatblygu eich sgiliau ymarferol lle byddwch yn dysgu sut i berfformio ystod o asesiadau ffisiolegol allweddol sy'n cynnwys, sut i asesu metaboledd egni, cynhwysedd aerobig, cynhwysedd anaerobig, pŵer anaerobig a chryfder cyhyrol. Byddwch yn dysgu sut i ddehongli'r data a gasglwyd a sut y gellir ei ddefnyddio i lywio hyfforddiant a gwella perfformiad/iechyd.

Assessment Strategy

-trothwy - Dealltwriaeth sylfaenol o addasiadau ffisiolegol acíwt a/neu gronig o'r corff i ymarfer corff. Mae gwaith o'r safon hon yn ddisgrifiadol i raddau helaeth ac nid yw'n cynnwys unrhyw drafodaeth anghywir, neu drafodaeth anghywir i raddau helaeth, o fecanweithiau ffisiolegol. Mae ffynonellau cynradd yn ofn. Disgrifir dulliau pwysig. Cyflwynir data yn ddisgrifiadol. Bydd y gwaith hwn yn dilyn fformat sylfaenol ac yn cynnwys rhywfaint o sillafu a gramadeg gwael.

-da - Gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth dda o addasiadau ffisiolegol acíwt a/neu gronig o'r corff i ymarfer corff. Mae syniadau/dadleuon wedi'u cyflwyno'n dda ond ychydig ohonynt sy'n wreiddiol. Nodir a thrafodir mecanweithiau ffisiolegol. Cynhwysir cyfeiriadau perthnasol. Bydd gallu da i ail-greu deunydd o lenyddiaeth yn amlwg. Cyflwynir data yn glir gydag ychydig o wallau dehongli. Bydd mecanwaith(iau) ffisiolegol perthnasol yn glir ac yn cael eu hategu gan ddefnydd da o gyfeiriadau cynradd. Bydd tystiolaeth o ddarllen eang a gallu da i ail-greu deunydd o lenyddiaeth yn amlwg. Lle bo'n berthnasol, caiff agweddau pwysig ar ddulliau eu hystyried a'u trafod. Bydd y fformatio bron yn berffaith.

Learning Outcomes

  • Dangos dealltwriaeth o ymatebion cyhyrol, niwral, metabolaidd a chardio-anadlol i ymarfer corff acíwt a chronig.

  • Dangos dealltwriaeth o'r addasiadau ffisiolegol i ddygnwch a hyfforddiant cryfder.

  • Deall sut i asesu cryfder, cynhwysedd aerobig ac anaerobig gyda phrofion labordy, a beth sy'n cyfyngu ar allu ymarfer corff.

  • Dehongli a syntheseiddio data ffisiolegol i gynhyrchu adroddiadau labordy cynhwysfawr â strwythur rhesymegol sy'n cyfleu dealltwriaeth uwch o newidiadau ffisiolegol yn effeithiol.
