Overall aims and purpose

Nod y modiwl yw datblygu gwybodaeth, trwy amrywiaeth o weithwyr proffesiynol gwadd, am arferion gweithio asiantaethau cyfoes sy'n gweithio gyda phlant, pobl ifanc a'u teuluoedd. Bydd hefyd yn craffu ar y berthynas broffesiynol rhwng teuluoedd ac asiantaethau mewn ystod o gyd-destunau.
Mae hefyd yn darparu profiadau ymarferol o'r ystyriaethau pwysicaf sydd ynghlwm wrth weithio gyda phlant, pobl ifanc a'u teuluoedd oherwydd bydd y myfyrwyr yn mynd ar leoliad sy'n ceisio cynnig profiad uniongyrchol o weithle neu leoliad gwirfoddol ac yn datblygu ymwybyddiaeth o ofynion y lleoliad hwnnw. Bydd yn rhoi cyfle iddynt ryngweithio a datblygu sgiliau trosglwyddadwy mewn cyfathrebu ac ymddygiad proffesiynol mewn amgylchedd ffurfiol neu anffurfiol. Bydd yn rhoi cyfle i fyfyrwyr hefyd i adfyfyrio ar eu llwybr gyrfa eu hunain.

Course content

Bydd y modiwl yn cynnwys: • Dadansoddiad o faterion yn ymwneud â datblygu partneriaethau proffesiynol, ar sail fframwaith gwaith cymdeithasol o ddadansoddi gwybodaeth, gwerthoedd a sgiliau, ac astudiaeth o swyddogaethau a chyfrifoldebau pobl allweddol sy’n darparu gwasanaethau i blant, pobl ifanc a theuluoedd. Yn ystod y semester cyntaf: • Bydd ystod o weithwyr proffesiynol o nifer o asiantaethau yn annerch y myfyrwyr ynglyn a datblygu partneriaethau llwyddiannus gyda phlant a phobl ifanc a’u teuluoedd. Yn ystod semester dau • Bydd myfyrwyr yn gwneud cyfnod o brofiad gwaith mewn lleoliad priodol. Gallai hyn fod ar ffurf diwrnod yr wythnos, hanner diwrnod yr wythnos neu gyfres o weithgareddau sy’n para am gyfnodau amrywiol. Bydd angen tystiolaeth o bresenoldeb.
