Overview

Mae’r modiwl yn mynd i’r afael â thair prif thema: 1. Teuluoedd symudol Mae'r thema hon yn ystyried anghenion teuluoedd a phlant / pobl ifanc a allai symud cymdogaethau ac ysgolion yn aml. Er enghraifft, teuluoedd milwrol, a theuluoedd mewn argyfwng sy'n defnyddio tai dros dro neu lochesi menywod. 2. Teuluoedd wedi'u gwahanu Mae’r thema hon yn ystyried anghenion teuluoedd a phlant/pobl ifanc sydd wedi’u gwahanu. Er enghraifft, teuluoedd carcharorion, y rhai ag aelod o'r teulu yn yr ysbyty, teuluoedd sy'n profi profedigaeth i oedolyn neu blentyn, a theuluoedd sy'n profi ysgariad neu wahanu. 3. Teuluoedd wedi eu trawsnewid Mae’r thema hon yn ystyried anghenion teuluoedd a phlant/pobl ifanc sy’n profi newidiadau sylweddol. Er enghraifft, mynychwyr ysgol beichiog, rhieni yn eu harddegau, teuluoedd sydd wedi mabwysiadu plant, a theuluoedd lle mae newidiadau mewn hunaniaeth a rhyw.

Learning Outcomes

  • Bydd myfyrwyr yn dangos gwybodaeth a dealltwriaeth o strategaethau sy’n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth y gellir eu defnyddio i gefnogi rhieni/gofalwyr, plant a phobl ifanc y nodir eu bod yn deulu agored i niwed a dangos y gallu i ddefnyddio gwybodaeth damcaniaethol yn ymarferol.

  • Bydd myfyrwyr yn datblygu dealltwriaeth drylwyr o'r rhesymau cymdeithasol a diwylliannol pam mae teuluoedd mewn argyfwng yn dod yn agored i niwed a phaham bydd angen cymorth arnynt

  • Bydd myfyrwyr yn gallu cyrchu a gwerthuso gwybodaeth gyfredol a pherthnasol am asiantaethau, gwasanaethau a darparwyr hyfforddiant a all gefnogi athrawon ac ymarferwyr eraill sy'n gweithio gyda rhieni / gofalwyr, plant a phobl ifanc ac sy'n cael eu hadnabod fel teuluoedd bregus.

  • Bydd myfyrwyr yn gallu nodi a dadansoddi'n feirniadol yr effaith ar ddeilliannau addysgol cymdeithasol, seicolegol ar gyfer plant a phobl ifanc sy'n byw mewn teuluoedd bregus.
